Each Cromática lamp is custom-made. The estimated delivery time is 30 to 60 business days, depending on demand and the number of pieces currently in production.

WARRANTY:

The Aura Cromática lamp comes with a 6-month warranty that covers failures in components, materials, or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply in cases of damage caused by drops, impacts, incorrect electrical installation (e.g., causing sudden voltage surges and drops), or when the product or any of its components has been tampered with or modified by third parties.

The installation of the Cromática lamp offers two options: hung, similar to a conventional painting, or recessed into the wall, requiring construction work. Below are the instructions for each method:

HUNG INSTALLATION - WALL:

• Simple procedure that involves fixing wall plugs and screws to the wall, leveling them and maintaining the distance between the hangers.
• Hang the lamp on the hangers.
• Finish by connecting the lamp's power source to an outlet.
  

HUNG INSTALLATION - CEILING:

Important: It is essential to indicate when placing the order if the lamp will be installed on the ceiling, as it requires a specific configuration.

Installation procedure:

- Fix the wall plugs and eye bolts to the ceiling, respecting the same distance as between the lamp's fastening points (hangers).

- Hang the lamp on the previously installed eye bolts.

- Complete the installation by connecting the lamp to the power supply.

CONCEALING WIRING AND CONNECTION SOURCE:

• To conceal the wires, it is recommended to carry out construction work that includes opening a channel from the lamp to the wall switch and creating a junction box to house the lamp's power source.
• Alternatively, the wall can be drilled horizontally to conceal the connections behind it.

RECESSED INSTALLATION:

• Requires creating an opening the size of the lamp, with a minimum depth of 12 cm.
• Follow the instructions detailed in the section Concealing Wiring and Connection Source.
